Before your move, you are entitled to receive the FMCSA publication "Your Rights and Responsibilities When You Move." This booklet explains your rights under federal law.

Your Right to an Estimate
Federal regulations require movers to provide you with either a binding estimate or a non-binding estimate before your move:
- Binding Estimate: A binding estimate guarantees the total cost of the move. You will pay exactly the amount stated on the estimate, provided the shipment and services do not change from what was originally agreed upon.
- Non-Binding Estimate: A non-binding estimate is the carrier's approximation of the cost based on the estimated weight and services. The final charges are based on the actual weight of your shipment. At delivery, you will not be required to pay more than 110% of the non-binding estimate. Any remaining balance is due within 30 days of delivery.
You will receive the FMCSA booklet "Your Rights and Responsibilities When You Move" with your estimate.
Your Right to Choose Valuation Coverage
You have the right to choose the level of liability coverage for your shipment. Super Ivan LLC offers two options:
- Full Value Protection: The carrier is liable for the replacement value of lost or damaged items in your shipment. You may choose a deductible of $0, $500, or $1,000 to reduce the cost of this coverage.
- Released Value: This is the most economical option, provided at no additional charge. Under released value, the carrier's liability is limited to $0.60 per pound per article. For example, if a 50-pound item is lost or damaged, the maximum liability would be $30.00, regardless of the item's actual value.

Arbitration Program
For claims of $10,000 or less, Super Ivan LLC offers binding arbitration through a neutral arbitration program. This provides you with a fair and efficient way to resolve disputes without going to court.
Participation in the arbitration program is required by 49 CFR §375.211. You may choose to use this program if you are unable to resolve a claim directly with us.
Filing a Complaint with FMCSA
If you have a complaint about a moving company, you may file it directly with the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA). The FMCSA investigates complaints against household goods carriers and can take enforcement action when necessary.
To file a complaint, visit the FMCSA National Consumer Complaint Database or call 1-888-DOT-SAFA (1-888-368-7238).
Claims Process
If any of your belongings are lost, damaged, or destroyed during your move, you have the right to file a claim with Super Ivan LLC.
- Claims must be filed in writing within 9 months of the delivery date.
- We will acknowledge receipt of your claim within 30 days.
- We will resolve your claim within 120 days of receipt.

Payment Terms
Super Ivan LLC requires the following payment schedule:
- 25% — Reservation deposit due at booking
- 60% — Due at pickup
- Balance — Due at delivery
Accepted Payment Methods:
- Visa, MasterCard, Discover (American Express is not accepted)
- Cash
- Postal Money Order
A 4% credit card surcharge applies to all credit and debit card transactions.
Payment at delivery: At the time of delivery, payment must be made by Postal Money Order or Cash only.
Cancellation Policy
Super Ivan LLC's cancellation policy is as follows:
- Within 3 calendar days of signing (if 10 or more business days before the scheduled move): Full refund of deposit.
- 10 or more business days before pickup: Full refund with written notice.
- 10–8 business days before pickup: 50% refund of deposit.
- 7 or fewer business days before pickup: Deposit is forfeited.
A $200 rescheduling fee applies to any change of the scheduled move date.
