SUPER SMS / Messaging Terms
These Messaging Terms govern the SMS (text message) program operated by Super Ivan LLC (USDOT 4384551, MC-1719325) and are provided to satisfy CTIA Messaging Principles & Best Practices and U.S. wireless-carrier A2P 10DLC (Application-to-Person 10-Digit Long Code) requirements administered by The Campaign Registry (TCR).
1. Program / Brand name
Super Ivan LLC Moving Notifications.
2. Program description
By opting in, you agree to receive recurring account- and service-related text messages from Super Ivan LLC regarding your moving quote, scheduling and confirmations, pickup and delivery status, billing and payment notices, and customer-service replies. This program does not send marketing, promotional, or advertising content.
3. How to opt in
You opt in by submitting our quote-request form at superivanllc.com/get-rates.html and checking the consent checkbox, or by texting us or giving express consent to our agent. Consent is not a condition of purchase — you do not have to agree to texts or calls to get a quote or use our services.
4. Message frequency
Message frequency varies by customer and by the stage of your move. Typically 1–10 messages per quote or move. There are no periodic promotional messages.
5. Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply. Your carrier's rates are not controlled by Super Ivan LLC. Contact your mobile carrier for details on your plan.
6. To opt out
Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You may also reply STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, REVOKE, or OPT OUT. After you opt out you will receive one final confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt back in.

8. Supported carriers
AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, US Cellular, and other major U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
9. Eligibility
This program is available to U.S. residents age 18 or older with a valid U.S. mobile number.
10. Privacy
No mobile information — including your phone number and your messaging consent (opt-in) — is sold, rented, or shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and opt-in consent is never shared with any third party for any purpose. Phone numbers are processed by our messaging provider, Twilio Inc., solely to deliver messages on our behalf, and Twilio may not use them for its own marketing. See our Privacy Policy.
11. Changes
We may update these Messaging Terms; the current version is always posted at this URL with the "Last Updated" date above.
