A binding estimate guarantees the total cost — you pay exactly that amount. A non-binding estimate is the carrier's best approximation; you pay based on actual weight, but no more than 110% at delivery with the balance due within 30 days.
Full valuation protection means the carrier is liable to repair, replace, or reimburse you at the current replacement value for any lost or damaged items. The minimum coverage is $6.00 per pound times the shipment weight, or $6,000, whichever is greater.
Released value is the basic liability option at no additional cost. Under this option, the carrier's liability is limited to 60 cents per pound per article. For example, a 10-pound item would be valued at $6.00 regardless of actual worth.
We recommend booking 2-4 weeks in advance, especially during peak season (May-September). However, we also offer last-minute moving services when available.

Claims must be filed in writing within 9 months of delivery. We acknowledge claims within 30 days and resolve them within 120 days. Contact us for a claim form or file through our claims management company.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover (no American Express), Postal Money Orders, and Cash. A 4% convenience fee applies to all credit card transactions. Payment at delivery is accepted by Postal Money Order or Cash only. Payment schedule: 25% at reservation, 60% at pickup, remaining balance at delivery.
Yes, we offer Storage-in-Transit (SIT) for up to 180 days. This is ideal when there's a gap between your move-out and move-in dates. Storage rates are $0.50 per cubic foot per month.
Yes. Within 3 calendar days of signing (if your move is 10+ business days away): penalty-free, full refund. More than 10 business days before pickup: full refund with written notice. 10-8 business days before pickup: 50% refund. 7 business days or less: deposit is forfeited. Rescheduling fee: $200.
